Archive Projects

ProHire now allows key users to archive past projects, moving them out of the active projects list and into a dedicated archive project list. This preserves all project information for historical records while preventing new timecards from being created or submitted—improving organization and reducing confusion.

• Archived projects are removed from the active projects list and appear in the archived projects list.
• Once archived, timecards can no longer be modified or submitted for processing.
• All project data is retained, and projects can be reactivated at any time by selecting  “Unarchive this show.”
