Mobile Timecard

The mobile timecard has been enhanced with several key improvements for both functionality and usability, including improved time entry, reminder ribbon to complete certification, and access to view the pdf timecard.

• Improved Time Entry: Users can now enter times more easily with the system automatically recognizing 2- and 3-character inputs. For example, entering “12” or “730” will automatically convert to “12:00” and “07:30”
• Certification Reminder: Employees who need to complete certification will now see a reminder ribbon with a direct link to quickly complete their certification.
• PDF Timecard Access: Employees now have easy access to view their pdf timecard from the timecard summary allowing users to review their daily breakage

Opt In to Paper Check Stubs for Direct Deposits

As part of the onboarding process, employees setting up direct deposit now have the option to remain paperless or choose to receive a mailed paper copy of their direct deposit check stub.

• Select to receive a paper copy of the direct deposit check stub by checking the box during setup for "I wish to receive a mailed copy of my check"
  
• The default option is to remain paperless and digital copies are available on OneRevolution, our secure employee portal
