Prep & Wrap Account Coding

To support when there is different account coding between prep, shoot, and wrap, the ProHire start expands to include prep and wrap account coding.

  • Enabled projects will default the corresponding prep, shoot, and wrap production phase account coding to the timecard dates automatically.

  • The timecard copy down function will not copy account coding from one production phase to another, ensuring that account coding from one phase to the next phase is preserved.

  • Overrides to the account coding within the timecard are supported.

Union-Agreement Filter on Start

  • Based on the worked and hired from locations, users are presented with an improved list of union-agreements specific to the location combinations within the project.

  • When needed, an override option is available to then select any union-agreement within the project.
